Cream Teas or Afternoon Tea Cake Boxes for you to enjoy at home. Our ‘Enjoy at Home’ Cake Boxes are available to order in advance for collection from the cafe. We do not currently provide a delivery service. We require at least 48 hours notice & payment upfront. We do not currently have a license to sell alcohol (except for special events) but your own sparkling wine may be brought to the cafe for over 18’s to enjoy with our Afternoon Tea only, by prior arrangement; £5 per bottle corkage will be charged.

Please note that all our Cream Tea and Afternoon Tea Menus are subject to change and some items may be substituted for seasonal or other alternatives.

Please note that a 50% deposit will be taken on booking. We can process a debit or credit card payment over the phone.

When booking to dine at the cafe, please note that we will allocate a suitable duration for your booking and your table will be required back 2 hours after your booking time, or at closing time if that is sooner. If you wish to request more time, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate. We will keep your table for up to 20 minutes and if not advised of lateness, we may not be able to honour the booking.

*Our Cream Teas are served daily at the cafe, subject to availability. However we are sometimes very busy and on such occasions may sell out of certain items.

**At least 24 hours notice is required for Afternoon Tea bookings of 6 people or less. 1 weeks’ notice is required for Afternoon Tea bookings of more than 6 people (maximum 14 people). This includes ‘Enjoy at Home’ bookings. Please call or email the cafe to enquire for ‘Enjoy at Home’ bookings over 14 people. All bookings are subject to availability at time of enquiry.

***Private hire is not currently available at the cafe. Advance party bookings now being taken for Afternoon Tea Parties up to a maximum of 14 people during normal opening hours. All bookings using gift vouchers must be booked in advance, declared at the time of booking and presented upon arrival. It is essential that we are notified of any specific dietary requirements at the time of your booking to ensure that we can cater for you appropriately. All deposits are taken off your final bill.

**** In the event of a cancellation, the following shall apply:

• More than 48 hours notice = full refund of your deposit.
• 48 hours or less = No refund of your deposit.
• 48 to 24 hours notice = Booking can be rescheduled.
• Less than 24 hours notice = Your deposit will not be refunded, and the balance of the full booking is still payable.

In the event of a reduction in the number of guests, the following shall apply:

• More than 48 hours notice = full refund for the reduced headcount or the balance taken off the final bill.
• Less than 24 hours notice = the deposits paid for guests not attending will not be refunded.
